Kwila Community Based Rehab was founded by Dr David Outridge and his wife Loraine. David is an addiction medicine specialist and Loraine is a nurse who specialises in drug and alcohol treatment. Together they have helped countless people recover from Substance use Disorder over many years. In 2018 they purchased a property in Hexham NSW and opened Kwila Community Based Rehab.
